Supervised Group Living

BCS operates Group Homes (Supervised Group Living) in Adams and Wells Counties. These homes have 24-hour-a-day staffing to provide support for personal health, safety, and wellbeing.

In the Group Home setting, six to eight individuals with physical and developmental disabilities live and learn together. The individuals participate in activities that are meaningful to them in both home and community-based settings.

This Program Includes:
Health care services and medical on-call available around the clock
Daily living skills practice to increase independence and maintain skills
Community and home-based activities
